    In this section, we'll examine the different styles of leadership and effective communication skills. In addition, we'll take a look at planning and delegating.


  • Managing your Team

    We are now on the final unit of this People Management Skills course. We'll explore how to manage performance and organising training for your team. We'll also look at how to manage conflict.
