Course Syllabus
-
Introduction
This introductory unit gives a complete overview of the course.
-
Where Your Time Actually Goes
The unit looks honestly at how your working day is spent, and the gap between where you think your time goes and where it really goes.
-
Prioritising - Urgent vs Important
This unit covers the most useful idea in time management: the difference between urgent and important work, and how to use it to decide what to do first.
-
Planning Your Day and Week
This unit shows how a few minutes of simple planning can stop you reacting all day and help you get the right things done.
-
Protecting Your Focus
This unit explores why concentration is so hard in modern workplaces and how to protect your attention long enough to finish things.
-
Saying No and Managing Requests
This unit covers how to push back professionally, a skill that is especially hard early in your career.
-
When the Workload Gets Too Much
This unit explains how to handle genuine overload properly, rather than struggling on in silence.
-
Building Better Habits
The final unit is about making good time management stick by building habits rather than relying on willpower.
