    We are now on the final unit of this Dealing with Anxiety course. We'll learn about who you can go to for help and how you can create a support structure through people like family, friends and colleagues. We'll also take a look at how you can access professional medical help, advice and possibly treatment, as well as where you can get additional information, advice, support and guidance.
